Service Policy Information
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving 15 minutes late past appointment time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment for another day.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We strive to make our guests happy. Any salon service correction must be made within five days of the original service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card purchases must be a minimum of $10. Sorry, no checks or American Express. Our students graciously accept cash gratuity only.
STUDENT SERVICES
All Salon and Spa services are performed by students in a teaching environment. All services are supervised and students are guided by licensed Cosmetologists and Estheticians to provide you with the best service possible. Allow extra time for all services. In certain circumstances, a service may not be fully completed due to closing hours.
